Temperature: 90ºC | Infusion Time: 6 min | Quantity: 10g/litre
First place the plants/teabag, then add water at the indicated temperature and for the specified extraction time.
Use neutral, low-mineral, soft water of granitic origin.
Store in a dry, cool place, free from odours and protected from light.
The intensity of flavour and colour depends on the quantity used and the extraction time.
The shelf life is closely linked to storage and preservation conditions.
