Citadelle Gin opens with a delicate and fragrant nose of fresh flowers, jasmine, honeysuckle and cinnamon. After a few moments, more pronounced herbal aromas emerge, revealing notes of anise, grains of paradise and additional hints of cinnamon.

This appetising bouquet evokes the feeling of gardens in springtime. On the palate, the juniper berries give way to a certain voluptuousness and a complex freshness marked by elegant floral notes.

The finish is refined, round and exceptionally elegant. Perfect served in a Gin & Tonic with a slice of orange or a star anise garnish.
