The Selected Harvest cherry liqueur is produced from the selected fruit of the “Mata da Beira” cherry orchard, harvested at the optimal moment of ripeness. After maceration, this cherry liqueur ages for 6 months in wine barrels, acquiring a slight touch of wood and the wines previously present in these barrels. This edition is an annual limited production. Serve as an aperitif or digestif. Best consumed between 15º to 17ºC. Can be used in cocktails and gastronomy.
