Chancella Ferreira Aguardente Velha 70cl
Famous for its Porto wines since 1715, Ferreira has also dedicated itself to the selection and ageing of high quality wine brandies. It is in our cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia that Chancella is carefully chosen and aged in 270 litres oak casks. In order to achieve the highest quality, rackings are periodically carried out, as well as intermediate blends with brandies of different ages and characteristics. For the final blend, oak casks of 640 litres are used.
Chancella Old Brandy has a dark yellow colour and greenish nuances. It has a very strong aroma of good quality wood. Notes of spices and delicate aromas characterize this noble spirit. The flavour is smooth, almost velvety with a very elegant finish.
