Winemaking and Ageing: Moscatel Galego is a very traditional grape variety widely planted in Alijó, where Real Companhia Velha owns Quinta do Casal da Granja, an extensive vineyard located in the heart of this plateau, highly regarded for its excellent conditions for producing white grapes.

This sweet Moscatel wine expresses all the aromatic characteristics of the variety, combined with the unique microclimatic conditions of the estate. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures, with only 50% of the juice remaining in contact with the grape skins.

Fermentation is interrupted by the addition of grape brandy in order to preserve its natural sweetness and develop a rich, liqueur-like texture.
