Herdade do Peso Trinca Bolotas Tinto 75cl
A very balanced and gastronomic wine that combines two greatest symbols of Alentejo at the table. It pays homage to the native Alentejo pig, fed on acorns.
Wine from the Alentejo region, made up of the following grape varieties:
- 44% Alicante Bouschet
- 40% Touriga Nacional
- 16% Aragonez
Due to its soft tannins and enormous balance, it goes well with light dishes such as poultry and pastas, moving on to sausages, hams and meat dishes from more elaborate cuisine.
