PROFILE
Produced from the region's most emblematic red varieties, Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, and Trincadeira, harvested during September. The grape varieties are vinified separately in Quinta do Carmo's modern cellar in Estremoz, fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control. After a slight post-fermentative maceration to preserve the fruity aromas, it ages for 9 months in French and American oak barrels. At the time of blending, a wine with a marked Alentejo character but with a Reserve profile is obtained.
