Along one of the boundaries of Quinta dos Murças, we find steep slopes forming a valley. In this location, predominantly north-facing and more protected from the sun, when the wind passes we can hear it whistle. It is from vineyards like those found here, from parcels with unique characteristics at higher altitudes, that the Assobio range originates.

GRAPE VARIETIES:Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca.

AROMA:Intense and vibrant, dominated by red fruit.

PALATE:Good concentration, highlighting its freshness and elegance.
