Quinta dos Murças Minas comes from vineyards planted on a hillside between 110 and 300 meters in altitude. These south-facing, more exposed vineyards produce grapes with greater concentration. On these same slopes there are several water springs that cool the environment, allowing a balance between higher ripeness and the freshness that is so characteristic of Murças.
