Wine from the Alentejo region, made up of the following grape varieties:
- Aragonez (40%)
- Trincadeira (35%)
- Alicante Bouschet (25%)
It goes perfectly with pork and lamb, in the pan or in the oven, and buttery Alentejo cheeses.
