Dow’s Fine White is produced from traditional white grape varieties of the Douro Valley and fermented between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, without skin contact. Aged for an average of three years, it is bottled when ready to drink and requires no further aging.

Aged in wood, Dow’s Fine White presents a golden color and aromas of nuts. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and balanced. We recommend serving with ice, topped with tonic water and garnished with mint and lemon.
