Vinification was carried out in traditional stone lagares, with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control. Deep ruby in colour, it shows great aromatic complexity, with expressive red fruit and balsamic notes. It reveals excellent volume on the palate and freshness. Very round, finishing persistently with a long, elegant, fruit-driven finish.

Store away from intense artificial light or direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in a cool place between 16–18°C and, if possible, use a vacuum pump and stopper to remove oxygen from the bottle.
