Light citrus colour. Very exuberant aroma with notes of tropical fruit, particularly passion fruit. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with passion fruit notes standing out in harmony with citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon. The acidity is very well balanced by the ageing in wood, which gives it complexity and a certain creaminess. Long and very persistent aftertaste.
