Of all the birds in the Douro, the Papa Figos is one of the rarest. A migratory species with lively and attractive colours, it arrives in the Douro in spring - when the vines start to flower - heading south at the end of summer. A unique wine from Douro, this rosé was produced from delicately pressed red grapes and displays the robust structure of the Papa Figos male (red) and the lightness of the female (white).
Pale salmon color with delicate pink hues. A vibrant aroma with notes of red fruits and a subtle hint of candy. On the palate, it presents a smooth attack, balanced acidity, and nuances of red fruits, culminating in an elegant and harmonious finish.
