Produced exclusively from organically grown grapes sourced from Herdade do Esporão, this wine reflects the estate's commitment to sustainable viticulture. To preserve freshness, only the earliest-ripening grape varieties are selected for harvest. Fermentation in concrete tanks, valued for their natural porosity and aromatic neutrality, enhances the wine's freshness and the purity of its fruit, resulting in a direct, fresh and vibrant expression.
