In the aromas and flavours, the usual citrus notes of Roupeiro from Quinta do Carmo, florals from Arinto and fruity notes from Antão Vaz can be identified. In the mouth, full, long, rich in flavour, structured and with refreshing acidity.
Wine from the Alentejo region, made up of the following grape varieties:
- Roupeiro (65%)
- Antão Vaz (20%)
- Arinto (15%)
Very versatile at the table, it goes perfectly with rich seafood, fish and even meat dishes. An excellent accompaniment to cheeses.
