Tasting notes: A very balanced white wine, revealing citrus and green notes that bring complexity to its exuberant style. It displays a wonderfully balanced structure, with elegance and texture, finishing with a very lively acidity characteristic of Quinta dos Aciprestes wines.
Food pairing: Seafood, sushi, grilled fish and charcuterie.
Quinta dos Aciprestes Branco is born from a parcel of white grape varieties where Rabigato is dominant, bringing great aromatic intensity and freshness to the wine.
The grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine undergoes no barrel ageing and is kept entirely in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before bottling.
